Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We currently ship to all locations within the continental United States.

Standard Shipping: Rates are determined at checkout based on weight and destination.
Expedited Shipping: Available at an additional cost where applicable.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $99 (before tax and after discounts).
Orders below $99 will have standard shipping rates applied at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available.

Delays & Exceptions

While we strive to deliver all orders on time, occasional carrier delays, weather, or high-volume periods may affect delivery times. POV Nutrition is not responsible for delays caused by carriers once the order has been dispatched.

Shipping Restrictions

We do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.

Lost or Damaged Packages
